The thesis entitled "Efforts of the Youth Family Development Program (BKR) in an Effort to Prevent Early Marriage in Dukuhbangsa Village, Jatinegara District, Tegal Regency" is the result of field research to answer the question of what are the Youth Family Development (BKR) programs in Dukuhbangsa Village, Jatinegara District, Tegal Regency? And how is the implementation of Youth Family Development (BKR) as an effort to prevent marriage at an early age in Dukuhbangsa Village, Jatinegara District, Tegal Regency? The research data was collected using a qualitative approach through data collection, with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is validated, adjusted to the root of the problem, then analyzed using the theory of Milles and Huberman in Sugiyono. The data sources of this study are primary data and secondary data. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study concluded that the Youth Family Development (BKR) program can minimize and prevent early marriage in Dukuhbangsa Village, Jatinegara District, Tegal Regency. The activities carried out by BKR cadres in fostering adolescents are counseling activities for adolescents aged 10-24 years about adolescent reproductive health, health consultations, and socialization of juvenile delinquency prevention. Although this BKR activity is still new and has not been able to be thoroughly socialized to teenagers, it is proven that cases of marriage at an early age in Dukuhbangsa Village, Jatinegara District, Tegal Regency can decrease.
