Abstract

In the world of education, technology is the most important part, given the rapid development of the times. With technology, students can access information from various sources, which makes the learning process more interesting and interactive, thereby increasing student motivation and interest in learning and influencing student achievement. This study aims to describe the role of technology in learning on students' academic performance. The research method used in this study is qualitative literature review. The results of the study show that the use of technology has made it easier for students to access various learning sources that are more diverse and interactive, thus contributing to increasing their motivation and academic achievement. With a higher level of interactivity, students can take part in interactive quizzes, online discussions, and computer-based simulations, which enrich their learning experience. In addition, technology provides flexibility in the learning process, allowing students to access materials anytime and anywhere. This encourages them to be more independent in exploring the material being studied. Technology also plays a role in personalizing learning, where digital platforms help students learn at a pace and method that suits their respective styles, thereby increasing understanding and motivation to learn. Technology today is an inseparable part of our lives. With proper utilization, technology can improve the quality of learning, expand access to information, and prepare yourself for the world of work in the future. So use technology wisely and responsibly, and become a generation that is ready to face the challenges of this digital era.
