One of the efforts to maintain the quality of education is through complete school administration, facilities and infrastructure, school activities, developing semi-pesantren schools, and improving teacher quality, so that high-quality graduates who are competitive and able to face the challenges of the times can be produced. This study aims to improve teacher quality in teaching to enhance the school's accreditation status at MTs Jatibogor Suradadi. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive techniques. The instruments used to collect and analyze data include observation, documentation, and interviews. The data obtained were classified and verified, resulting in the collection of the desired data. After collecting data through several instruments, researchers conducted triangulation to ensure that the data obtained was accurate and valid. The results of this study indicate that efforts to improve the quality of teaching to enhance school accreditation status are carried out through the creativity and innovation of educational stakeholders, including school principals, teachers, and administrative staff, good cooperation among community members in the school environment, and the unity and discipline of teachers in performing their duties. Additionally, these efforts are implemented through madrasah programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Religion and local government authorities. The madrasah programs aimed at optimizing quality include providing various facilities and infrastructure for the institution and continuously conducting training for all components of the madrasah.
